The group is diversified and fully integrated conglomerate established in Ghana in 1992 and is incorporated under the Companies Code, 1963 (ACT 179). The core businesses of the group's subsidiaries are in the following sectors; oil and gas, haulage and transport, education, construction, project management, airline operations, imports and automobile.

     Since inception, Deliman Group Limited has experienced phenomenal growth on account of quality product  and services, its focus on cost leadership and efficiency of its human capital. Presently the group has seven subsidiaries locally and intends to replicate its subsidiary creation in other parts of Africa. These companies were established in response to increasing need and demand for quality products and services in the different sectors of Ghana's economy.
